What we collect

PixelOps' license system is deliberately minimal. When you start a trial or activate a license key, the app sends:

A device ID — a one-way hash derived from machine identifiers, used only to bind a license to a specific PC. It cannot be reversed to reveal your machine's identity.
Your IP address, logged server-side at the time of each license check, for abuse prevention (e.g. detecting a key shared across many unrelated networks).
Timestamps of license checks, so we can compute trial/grace-period expiry.
If you register a trial or purchase: the name, email, and order details you choose to provide.

PixelOps does not collect your files, folder paths, images you process, location data, browsing history, or any telemetry beyond the license check described above. There is no analytics SDK and no background tracking.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the licensing system: issuing trials, verifying activations, and enforcing the device limit on a purchased key. Nothing here is used for advertising, and nothing is sold to third parties.

How long we keep it

License and activation records are kept for as long as your license could reasonably be reactivated or need support — typically the lifetime of the product. You can request deletion of your registration details (name/email) at any time; the device ID and activation record itself may be retained to prevent trial abuse.

Your choices

PixelOps works fully offline between license checks — it only contacts our server when verifying a trial or key. You can request a copy of, or deletion of, any personal data (name/email) tied to your license by emailing us.
