Try before you buy: PixelOps includes a full-featured 3-day free trial with no credit card required, specifically so you can confirm it does what you need before purchasing a license.

3-day money-back guarantee

If PixelOps doesn't work as described on your system, email us within 3 days of purchase and we'll refund your license in full, no questions asked. We may ask for basic details (your Device ID, what you tried) so we can also fix the underlying issue.

Not covered

Refund requests made more than 3 days after purchase.
Change-of-mind requests after extensive use of a full (non-trial) license.
Data loss from "Replace originals" batch operations — always keep backups; see our Terms of Service.

This is our default policy. If you purchased under a different written agreement with NeuronQ, that agreement's terms take precedence.
