Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Applies to PixelOps, published by NeuronQ.

The license

PixelOps is licensed, not sold. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run PixelOps on the number of devices stated at purchase (default: one device per key, unless otherwise agreed in writing). You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or extract the licensing or activation mechanism.

The trial

PixelOps offers a 3-day free trial, one per device, with no credit card required. Trials are tracked server-side against your device ID; clearing local app data or reinstalling does not grant a new trial.

Activation & devices

Each license key is bound to a device count set at purchase. Deactivating a device (via Settings → Deactivate This Device) frees that slot for reuse on another device. We reserve the right to revoke a key used in a way that violates these terms — for example, sharing one key across far more devices than purchased.

No warranty

PixelOps is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or fit for every specific purpose. Always keep your own backups of original images before batch processing — especially when using "Replace originals" modes, which overwrite files in place.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuronQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PixelOps, including loss of data from overwrite-in-place operations you initiated.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the current version is always at this URL.
